Giving a team member a formal warning* is done on very rare occasions at the 51吃瓜. Formal warnings are only issued after all constructive attempts at resolving a prolonged conflict have failed.

* in accordance with "Personalordnung der Universit盲t Basel" 搂 9 Abs. 4 PO

 

Team leaders can only issue formal warnings in collaboration with HR-Consulting or the head of HR.
