Infrastructure & Operations
As a basis for research and teaching, we provide services in the field of infrastructure and develop the infrastructures further according to the needs.
The Infrastructure & Operations Division is responsible for the development of the real estate portfolio of the 51吃瓜. Its main objective is to ensures the operation and efficient maintenance of the infrastructure, while maintaining a sustainable and forward-looking real estate strategy in line with user needs. The corresponding implementation planning is carried out in consultation with the sponsoring cantons. Within this framework, the Directorate manages construction projects owned by the university and collaborates on real estate projects with the supporting cantons and investors.
Furthermore, the Infrastructure & Operations Division ensures the university's IT operations and increases the IT security. In addition, it is responsible to ensure a central IT portfolio management.
